Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service establish the rules and conditions for using SacoVPS Shop, purchasing VPS hosting services, accessing our systems, and managing virtual server resources.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SacoVPS Shop and the VPS hosting services offered through our website.
By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a VPS service, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use SacoVPS services.
VPS Hosting Services
SacoVPS Shop provides virtual private server hosting and related infrastructure services for websites, applications, development environments, business systems, databases, and other permitted online workloads.
VPS specifications may vary between plans and may include different CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, network, IP address, operating system, and other resource configurations.
The exact specifications of your VPS are determined by the plan and configuration selected during the ordering process.
Customer Accounts
You may be required to create an account to purchase or manage SacoVPS services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information up to date.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Use accurate and current account information.
- Protect access to your account and associated services.
- Notify SacoVPS if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Do not knowingly provide false or misleading account information.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the activity resulted directly from unauthorized access that you could not reasonably have prevented.
Orders and Service Provisioning
An order is considered submitted when you complete the applicable checkout process and provide the information required to purchase a VPS service.
Service provisioning depends on the selected VPS plan, resource availability, payment status, verification requirements, and other operational factors.
SacoVPS may review orders when necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, payment systems, or the integrity of the service environment.
Payments and Billing
VPS services are provided according to the pricing and billing period displayed during the ordering process.
You are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed using an accepted payment method and that sufficient payment information is available for applicable renewals.
- Prices are displayed before the order is completed.
- Billing periods depend on the selected service plan.
- Renewal charges may apply when a service is renewed.
- Additional services or upgrades may result in additional charges.
- Taxes or applicable transaction charges may apply where required.
Refund eligibility is governed by the SacoVPS Refund Policy and any specific conditions shown during the purchase process.
VPS Server Usage
Customers are responsible for configuring and managing the software installed on their VPS unless a specific managed service is included with the purchased plan.
This may include operating system configuration, applications, databases, websites, security settings, user accounts, software updates, and server-level configuration.
Customers are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own data unless backup services are specifically included in their purchased service.
Acceptable Use
SacoVPS services must be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
You may not use SacoVPS infrastructure to conduct, facilitate, or knowingly support activities that may harm our infrastructure, other customers, networks, systems, or third parties.
- Illegal activities or unlawful content distribution.
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
- Malware, malicious code, or harmful software distribution.
- Fraud, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive activity.
- Network abuse, scanning, exploitation, or unauthorized attacks.
- Activities that intentionally disrupt infrastructure or services.
- Content or activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Additional prohibited activities may be described in the SacoVPS Acceptable Use Policy.
Security Responsibilities
VPS customers are responsible for securing their own virtual server environment. This includes maintaining secure credentials, applying appropriate software updates, configuring access controls, and monitoring applications running on the server.
Service Availability and Maintenance
SacoVPS aims to provide a stable hosting environment, but VPS services depend on infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware, software, maintenance, and other technical systems.
Maintenance, upgrades, network events, security incidents, infrastructure changes, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control may temporarily affect service availability.
Unless a separate service-level agreement applies, availability is not guaranteed beyond the commitments expressly stated for the applicable service.
Service Suspension
SacoVPS may temporarily restrict or suspend a service when reasonably necessary to protect infrastructure, customers, networks, payment systems, or other parties.
Suspension may occur in situations involving suspected abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, significant payment issues, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances requiring immediate action.
Where reasonably possible, SacoVPS may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before continuing or restoring the affected service.
Termination
Customers may discontinue their VPS services according to the available account and service cancellation procedures.
SacoVPS may terminate or restrict services where a customer materially violates these Terms, applicable policies, or legal requirements.
Following termination, access to the affected VPS environment may no longer be available. Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of data they need before service termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SacoVPS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use or inability to use VPS services.
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether a VPS service is appropriate for their intended workload and for maintaining suitable backups and business continuity measures.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
SacoVPS may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our services, infrastructure, operational practices, legal requirements, or business processes.
Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of SacoVPS services following an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
